The Gump's Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with every Gump's purchase. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise within 90 days of receipt for exchange, refund or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges). Jewelry must be returned within 30 days of receipt. We apologize that personalized items cannot be returned. Fine Art and Vintage Collection purchases must be returned within 14 days, please see specialized policy.
If you wish to return an item you received as a gift, we will either replace it for another item or issue a merchandise credit. If you wish to return an item you purchased, you may choose to have the item replaced or have credit issued to you in the original form of payment. Please see below for specific return packing instructions.
Returns
Please insure and ship your return merchandise, with the information requested on the back of your packing slip (including your name, address and zip code) to the address shown on your packing slip. We recommend insuring and retaining tracking information on your return shipment, since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive in our warehouse.

3. In the last column, please indicate if you would like to exchange the item or if you prefer a credit.

5. Repack the product in its original packaging materials, unless the package's condition is not suitable for a safe return.

We regret that personalized items may not be returned.

You are responsible for artwork damaged in return transit. If you are returning an item because it was defective or we shipped you an item that you did not order, Gump’s will pay the return-shipping costs.

Exchanges
If you've kept your packing slip, fill out the exchange portion of the form on the back of the slip with the item you would like to order, and include it with your return. If the merchandise price for the replacement item exceeds the amount to be refunded, please include payment for the additional amount. If you have questions, please call us at 1-800-284-8677.
Returns and Exchanges of Gifts
If you have received a gift from Gump’s and would like to return or exchange the item please complete the form on the back of your packing slip as you would for a regular return or exchange (see above). If you are returning the item, we will send you a gift certificate for the dollar amount of the item. If you are exchanging the item and the amount for the replacement item exceeds the cost for the return item, please include payment for the additional amount.
Shipping Errors and Damages
Please call us right away at 1-800-284-8677 or email us at customerservice@gumps.com if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred.
Refunds
Depending on the method you use to return the item to us, it can take up to 7-14 days for us to receive your return. If you placed your order with a credit card, the credit will be applied to your account and usually appears on your statement within one billing cycle from the time we process your return. If you ordered by check, your refund will be sent to you via regular mail within 14 days of the receipt of your return.
Sale Prices
Sale prices are offered to our customers for a limited time and on specific merchandise. Sale prices are not applicable to prior purchase.
Monogrammed and Personalized Items
Monogrammed and personalized items cannot be returned, except when due to defect. Once placed, orders for these items cannot be canceled.
